Sarvam AI is an Indian full-stack AI company focused on building sovereign AI technologies for India, including large language models, speech, vision, and AI agent platforms designed for Indian languages and use cases. Roles & Responsibilities
- Run end-to-end growth experiments by forming hypotheses, building campaigns or landing pages, launching them, analyzing results, and scaling or discontinuing initiatives based on performance.
- Manage paid marketing experiments across Google and Meta, including creative development, audience targeting, CAC optimization, and full-funnel performance.
- Develop organic content by creating engaging content, turning product successes into compelling stories, and distributing them across relevant developer and builder communities.
- Analyze marketing data, attribution, cohorts, and campaign performance to identify what is working and diagnose factors driving changes in key metrics.
- Build and prototype lightweight tools such as landing pages, internal dashboards, and workflow automations to improve marketing efficiency and execution.
Requirements
- Final-year student or recent graduate with 0–1 year of experience, demonstrating a proactive generalist mindset and the ability to take ownership without constant direction.
- Strong proficiency with AI and LLMs, with hands-on experience using different models and understanding their strengths across use cases.
- Ability to build functional prototypes using AI-powered coding tools, with a willingness to work with technical tools and command-line environments.
- Strong writing skills with the ability to communicate clearly, naturally, and without overly formal or promotional language.
- Demonstrated ability to independently build and launch projects, campaigns, newsletters, side ventures, or other initiatives, with a bias toward execution over planning.
