Roles & Responsibilities

Customer Assistance: Welcome customers, understand their requirements, and help them identify suitable products.
Store Operations: Support daily store activities and ensure the smooth functioning of the assigned department.
Product Management: Assist with stock arrangement, replenishment, product movement, and maintaining proper product displays.
Visual Merchandising: Help maintain attractive displays, accurate pricing labels, and organized shelves in line with store guidelines.
Customer Interaction: Engage with customers professionally while developing strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Sales Support: Assist the sales team in achieving department targets by supporting customers and providing relevant product information.
Stock Checks: Monitor product availability and coordinate with the team for replenishment as required.
Store Hygiene & Presentation: Help maintain cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation of the assigned area.
Basic Documentation: Assist with operational records, checklists, and other assigned documentation.
Team Coordination: Collaborate with sales associates, supervisors, and other store team members.
Time Management: Complete assigned tasks within timelines while adhering to store processes and guidelines.
Problem Solving: Identify basic customer or operational issues and escalate them to the supervisor when necessary.
Learning & Development: Participate in on-the-job training and gain knowledge of retail processes, customer service, sales, and store operations.
Professional Conduct: Adhere to company policies, grooming standards, workplace discipline, and professional work ethics.
