Roles & Responsibilities
- Support the Business and Finance Leader by delivering financial analysis to enable corrective actions and informed decision-making.
- Define business and financial metrics aligned with global reporting processes and local business requirements, and establish a weekly process to capture, monitor, and analyze these metrics.
Basic Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in finance.
- Proficiency in standard software and tools, including Excel, Access, Oracle, Essbase, SQL, and VBA.
- Knowledge of financial controls and procedures.
- Currently pursuing CA articleship with at least 12 months remaining.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience participating in continuous improvement projects to enhance and scale controllership processes, with measurable results.
- Experience with TM1, data warehousing, and SQL.
