Roles & Responsibilities
- Using portals to find resumes
- Working with the consultant to schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates and coordinate the sharing of resumes
- Calling the shortlisted candidates’ documents, confirming them, and sending them to HR recruiters for an offer negotiation
- Using the HRMS System to release offers
