Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in managing customer accounts and supporting the recovery of overdue payments
- Communicate with clients through calls, emails, and messages regarding outstanding dues, payment reminders, and repayment arrangements
- Support payment negotiations and help establish suitable payment plans with customers
- Coordinate with internal departments such as Sales and MIS to ensure accurate account tracking and efficient resolution of payment-related matters
