Roles & Responsibilities
- Query databases using SQL on analytical platforms such as Redshift to extract and analyze data
- Develop scalable scripts to retrieve and process data from API endpoints
- Analyze large datasets related to user behavior to derive meaningful insights
- Apply critical thinking to identify trends and patterns and draw data-driven conclusions
- Maintain high attention to detail to ensure accuracy and reliability in analysis
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, or a related field preferred
- Prior experience as an Analytics Intern is an added advantage
- Strong technical understanding of data models, database design, data mining, and segmentation techniques
- Proficiency in reporting tools (e.g., Business Objects), databases (SQL), and programming languages or frameworks such as XML, JavaScript, or ETL tools
- Knowledge of statistical concepts with experience using tools like Excel, SPSS, or SAS for data analysis
- Strong analytical ability to collect, organize, analyze, and interpret large datasets with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Skilled in querying databases, report writing, and effectively presenting insights
