Roles & Responsibilities
- Making presentations: Create and deliver captivating presentations for team-building exercises, training courses, and HR-related meetings.
- Advanced Excel: To analyze data, monitor employee performance, and create reports on a range of HR measures, make use of Excel’s advanced features, including pivot tables, LOOKUP, and macros.
- Working with data: Help with database maintenance, employee data processing and organization, and data integrity for HR systems.
