Roles & Responsibilities
- Support enterprise-wide process transformation initiatives through process discovery, mapping, value stream analysis, and end-to-end workflow documentation.
- Gain hands-on exposure to process excellence methodologies, operational analytics, KPI framework development, and continuous improvement across Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Manufacturing, and Shared Services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to conduct workshops, gather business requirements, and identify process pain points and improvement opportunities.
- Analyze existing processes to identify opportunities for automation, digitization, and operational efficiency.
- Support the development of process governance and improvement artifacts, including SOPs, RACI matrices, process maps, dashboards, and improvement roadmaps.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure effective implementation and alignment of process transformation initiatives.
- Apply strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills while using tools such as Excel and PowerPoint to support process excellence initiatives.
