The company has grown more than 4 times every year since its inception and 10 times in the last 2 years.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Recruitment support: Help with a range of recruitment tasks, such as setting up and directing interviews, making sure that regulations are followed, and meeting procurement specifications.
- HR policy administration: To guarantee seamless operations and conformity to corporate standards, assist in the administration of HR policies and procedures.
- The contribution of HRIS: Contribute to the creation and upkeep of HR information systems, ensuring data usability and correctness.
- Maintenance of HR records: assistance in maintaining and updating HR documentation, including attendance logs, and guaranteeing accurate and timely data
- Absence tracking: Be in charge of gathering and organizing absence data for organizational and departmental analysis.
- Training support: Assist with HR training programs by organizing sessions and monitoring participant advancement.
- Administrative responsibilities: To ensure department efficiency, manage necessary office operations like photocopying, filing, and printing as needed.
- Project support: Participate in unique HR initiatives, such as reaching out to clients to collect and analyze data.
- Extra responsibilities: Carry out additional tasks as needed to assist the HR division.
