With exclusive duty-free retail space in the T3 terminal of the international airport, we are today the largest travel retail operator in India. It is a joint enterprise that Aer Rianta and GMR own. We carry more than 100 of the most well-known brands in the world for tobacco, booze, cosmetics, and candy.
Roles & Responsibilities
A. Record-keeping
- Record the latest batch of inductions.
- Improve the AEP (Airport Entry Pass) system.
- Handle ID cards and name badges
- Draft letters pertaining to the pre-examination.
- Arrange for instruction in AVSEC
B. Hiring and Acquiring Talent
- Assist the talent acquisition team in their hiring
- Find applicants via Naukri, job listings, and referrals
- Interview candidates and coordinate them with HOD and retail
- Pay attention to the fresh induction batch’s preparedness.
C. Involvement of Workers
- Coordinate festivities
- Focus on different employee relationships
- Schedule business events or activities when management gives the go-ahead.
D. MIS and Personnel Files
- Continue using the criminal verification tracker
- Continue using an expense tracker

Perks
Stipend: Rs.15,000 – 20,000 / month
