Mithun Sacheti started CaratLane, India’s first omnichannel jewelry business, in 2008 with the straightforward yet brave goal of making beautiful jewelry available, inexpensive, and always wearable. Under the direction of our co-founders Avnish Anand and Gurukeerthi Gurunathan, and with a strategic investment from Tiitan Company Limited and an eventual 100% acquisition, CaratLane aims to work towards a common mission: to offer customers beautiful jewelry and a distinctive shopping experience that fits today’s values and lifestyles.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Help jewelry consultants with sales and customer relations
- Assist in planning and directing in-store activities
- Make sure the store is clean and appealing
- Assistance with display setup and inventory management
- Help with answering consumer questions and completing transactions
