Roles & responsibilities
- Support day-to-day processing activities to ensure transactions are completed accurately and within defined timelines.
- Monitor operational performance and customer service standards.
- Assist in resolving client queries and improving overall service outcomes.
- Track key performance metrics and maintain accurate data to support reporting and decision-making.
- Support managers in overseeing transactions and ensuring timely fulfillment of payment obligations.
- Develop an understanding of operational risk and controls while ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal policy requirements.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancement within the team.
Eligibility
- Graduated from college in 2026.
- Have the legal right to work in India.
- Demonstrate strong academic performance and active involvement in extracurricular activities.
- Be comfortable working with data and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Be detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrate integrity and a strong sense of responsibility.
