Roles & Responsibilities
- Help in coordinating and carrying out operational procedures and sales plans.
- Assist the sales staff in handling client enquiries, completing orders, and monitoring revenue generation.
- Examine sales data and create reports to assist find patterns, chances, and areas that need development.
- Work together with the operations group to optimize procedures, boost productivity, and guarantee seamless daily operations.
- Take part in the creation and execution of operational plans and projects.
- Participate in the development and upkeep of operational and sales documentation.
- Help plan and attend meetings related to operations and sales.
- Offer administrative support, such as data entry, scheduling, and correspondence, as required.
