Key Responsibilities:
- In the framework of the statement of work, clearly comprehend and convey the needs of the client and the integration points.
- Work with key contributors to coordinate the project delivery process in order to manage scope and create change requests that include tasks, outcomes, accomplishments, resources, and anticipated costs.
- Manage every aspect of a project’s daily administration from start to finish.
- Constantly manage client expectations and keep in regular contact with internal teams and the customer.
- Deliver the specified project scope successfully to satisfy the client.
- To create a feedback channel for our core products, compile user requests and deployment problems.
- Compile and share experiences in a formal post-mortem, including resources, standard procedures, and lessons learned back into the consulting business.
Requirements
- Strong project management background in maintenance and application support initiatives.
- Creative thinker.
- Strong communication skills in writing, speaking, and presenting.
- Outstanding problem-solving abilities, including the capacity to recognize problems, find effective solutions fast, and recognize when to call on internal resources for support.
- Strong negotiating and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Professional conduct, the capacity to manage and engage with a variety of teams throughout Adobe, and the ability to communicate with directors, VPs, and client managers
- Excellent organizational abilities to manage challenging projects.
- Outstanding abilities in team creation and management, with a track record of successfully leading virtual teams.
- Knowledge of the following technologies and languages: Java, WCM, XML, HTML, HTMLS, Web analytics, and content targeting
- The capacity to lead a variety of stakeholders in an uncertain situation.
- The capacity to create prospects for recurring business and solid connections.
- Two or more years of experience as a senior consultant or consulting manager in a major consulting firm
