Roles & Responsibilities
- Taking care of customer service
- Answering chats and emails
- Taking care of incoming and outgoing calls as needed
Requirements
1) Proficiency in Hindi and English is required; proficiency in other regional languages is not.
2) Strong comprehension abilities: must be able to decipher a customer’s feelings during chats, emails, and phone calls.
3) Good gripping power: the ability to pick up process information quickly and with ease.
4) Needs to understand the fundamentals of online shopping.
