In the Indian logistics business, we are one of the largest 3PL solution providers. Supply chain management (SCM) and corporate personnel transportation solutions are two independent business divisions for Mahindra Logistics (PTS).
Roles & Responsibilities
- Daily monitoring of inquiries from all sources, including email addresses and website leads
- Calling the leads to ascertain their needs in order to qualify them
- Adding the leads to a platform for lead management
- Emailing the key stakeholders with the questions and leads
- Checking in with the sales group regarding the progress of the leads

Requirements
- Any graduate.
- Be able to deal professionally with customers and team members and possess strong communication skills.
- Be able to competently convey data findings.
- The capacity to comprehend the procedure.
- A keen interest in supply chain management, logistics, and warehouse operations.
- The capacity to collaborate well in a group setting and the openness to pick up tips from seasoned managers.
- Outstanding time-management and organizing abilities.
- Expertise in using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint from the Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with other internal systems.
