Roles & Responsibilities
- Examining the HR database to find and fix flaws and discrepancies in the data.
- Verifying the accuracy of data in HR databases by performing quality checks.
- Working together to preserve data integrity with stakeholders and HR teams.
- Arranging warehouse data so that HR teams may use it more easily.
- Assisting the HR department in using data to produce insights.
- Creating organized and simplified data entry forms to guarantee precision.
- Creating streamlined procedures for quality assurance and data upkeep in the future.
