Roles & Responsibilities
1. Constantly keep an eye on the food delivery process using our control tower dashboard. Follow orders from the moment they are placed until the moment they are delivered, making sure everything is finished on schedule.
2. Quickly and proactively detect and address any operational problems, including delays or client complaints. When required, escalate complicated concerns to management.
3. Communicate with delivery staff and restaurant partners to guarantee order fulfillment goes smoothly. Respond quickly to any questions or concerns they may have.
4. Analyze performance indicators, spot trends, and suggest process enhancements using data from the control tower system.
5. Closely collaborate with the customer service team to guarantee a pleasant client experience, offering support and assistance in the event that there are any delivery-related concerns.
6. Use the control tower features of the ONDC platform to keep an eye on delivery operations in real time to guarantee that food orders are delivered promptly and effectively.
7. Work together with internal departments, delivery partners, and restaurants to discuss and resolve any problems that may come up throughout the last-mile delivery process.
8. Put plans into action to shorten delivery timelines and enhance partner performance
9. Examine delivery data and KPIs to spot patterns, pinpoint areas in need of development, and put best practices for last-mile execution into effect.
10. Effectively communicate with all parties involved, answering any questions and offering updates on last-mile delivery.
11. Help in creating guidelines and training materials for delivery partners to enhance customer service and delivery efficiency
