- Assist the sales team with office-based administrative tasks and activities
- Carry out routine administrative tasks like database telle-calling, desk research, paperwork, and drafting.
- Plan and carry out as needed ad hoc work-related tasks.
- Boost the effectiveness of administration.
- Use Smartsheet to keep records.
Requirements
- Careful, methodical, and well-organized
- Adapts well to a fast-paced, dynamic setting
- Possesses strong communication abilities both in writing and speaking
- Possesses an excellent sense of detail
- is trustworthy and accountable
- Preferably, familiarity with Google Sheets and Microsoft Office
