Roles & Responsibilities
- Enable seamless onboarding for new hires by coordinating laptops, ID cards, joining packages, and induction plans.
- Make and distribute interesting welcome postcards for new hires.
- Encourage a positive work culture by supporting the implementation of head office employee engagement activities.
- Create and draft communication pieces, posters, and internal mailers to improve company messaging.
- Work together with groups to keep internal communications consistent and high-quality.
- Offer daily administrative assistance at the headquarters
- Ensure smooth service delivery by coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.
- Monitor and handle invoices pertaining to HR
- Updating and maintaining HR dashboards and data
- Support decision-making across HR work streams by helping with reporting and analytics
