Roles & Responsibilities
- Participate in the entire hiring process, which includes advertising job openings, reviewing candidates, and holding interviews.
- Ensure that candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other HR databases are correct and current.
- Assist with the onboarding procedure by organizing orientation sessions, writing offer letters, and performing background checks.
- Support the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives, such as recognition schemes and team-building exercises.
- Work together to create and improve HR policies, procedures, and processes with the HR team.
- Use MS Office tools to create HR reports and presentations that offer insightful information to help with decision-making
- Keep abreast of industry best practices and help with the implementation of creative HR initiatives to draw and keep top talent
