Roles & Responsibilities
People Engagement:
- Help in organizing and carrying out wellness initiatives, holiday festivities, and staff engagement activities.
- Encourage the distribution of staff surveys and assist in evaluating the responses to pinpoint areas in need of development.
- Assist in producing content for announcements, newsletters, and portal updates, among other internal HR communications.
- Assist in organizing our Recognition & Awards programs to promote a culture of gratitude.
Talent Management:
- Assist the HR team during the Mid-Year Review (MYR) process, paying particular attention to helping managers and their teams have fruitful career discussions.
- Help manage ‘Xplore Careers @ Aditya Birla Group,’ our internal career mobility portal, by assisting with application tracking and recruiter coordination.
- Assist in keeping track of training nominations and completions and personnel development goals.
HRMS & Position Management:
- Help ensure that employee data on our HRMS platform, Poornata, is accurate and complete.
- Provide support for the position management procedure, which includes helping to create and update positions in the system in accordance with the framework of the Group’s Job Architecture.
- As needed by the team, learn how to create basic HR reports on headcount, attrition, and other important indicators.

Stipend: Rs.5,000 – 12,000 / month
