Roles & Responsibilities
- Calling assigned clients and informing and appraising the client on required information
- Forwarding the feedback to Product in case clients has some queries or doubts
- Follow up on calls not answered and updating the comments and sending the mails to clients if required
- Maintaining the comments in proper MIS and sharing by eod to concern stakeholders
Requirements
- A final year student or recent graduate.
- Eager to learn
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Mandatory Skills
Excellent communication skills and good at client engagement
