Our 8-year-old firm, Rebel Foods (parent company of Faasos), is revolutionising the food delivery market by creating and operating the world’s biggest network of internet restaurants, which includes Faasos, Behrouz Biryani, Oven Story, and Mandarin Oak. Roles & Responsibilities
1. Communicate with Rebel kitchen partners on a day-to-day basis to improve operations metrics and data reporting
2. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth and efficient communication with external partners
3. Maintain, track, and analyze partner data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
4. Work with the data team and deliver accurate and timely reports for internal and external stakeholders
5. Support the operations team in resolving partner issues and escalations
Requirements
1. Must be a graduate/undergraduate
2. Proficient in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel
3. Basic knowledge of SQL is preferred
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills
5. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
6. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
