Roles & Responsibilities
- Source potential candidates through online channels such as social platforms and professional networks, leveraging both active and passive talent pools to meet hiring targets and productivity goals
- Maintain timely and transparent communication throughout the candidate journey, ensuring a positive and responsive experience
- Ensure the use of accurate job descriptions and relevant interview questions aligned with role requirements
- Assess candidate fitment in line with internal parity and organizational standards
- Keep candidates engaged throughout the hiring process until onboarding, ensuring a strong candidate experience
- Utilize existing pipelines, including past applicants and potential candidates, to strengthen sourcing efforts
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline (UG/PG completed; pursuing candidates are not eligible)
- Based in Mumbai (Thane, Goregaon, or Lower Parel)
- Demonstrates strong critical thinking with the ability to challenge the status quo
- Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to respond effectively to changing business needs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical abilities with sound business understanding
