Yulu is a dockless public smart bike-sharing network with the goal of reducing urban traffic congestion by offering a scalable, economical, efficient, and clean solution for the first mile, final mile, and short commute. Yulu fills the gap that cities’ public transportation systems leave unfilled by offering a clean, inexpensive, and healthy alternative.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead management: Getting in touch with sales leads that come from our website and other sources.
- Conversion: transforming leads into reservations and guaranteeing on-time, complete payments.
- Customer engagement: Giving potential clients who have been recognized as hot leads test drives.
- Operations coordination: Helping with the planning, organizing, and carrying out of logistics linked to vehicle delivery.
- Reporting: Keeping thorough records of all communications with customers and sales endeavors.
