Roles & Responsibilities
1. Monitoring and maintaining the kitchen’s standards for food safety and hygiene 2. Educating the kitchen staff on various SOPs, quality, and food safety requirements
3. Getting the kitchen ready for internal audits and FSSAI standards compliance
4. Consistently using sensory evaluation and documentation to verify the quality of raw materials and finished goods
5. Resolving client complaints through RCA and CAPA sharing
6. Data analysis to comprehend regional performance according to several measures
