Roles & Responsibilities
- Help find resumes using internal databases and job portals.
- Profiles are screened and shortlisted according to job criteria.
- Arrange and facilitate interviews between hiring managers and shortlisted applicants.
- Assure prompt and expert communication with candidates.
- Keep track of and update hiring progress and candidate pipeline trackers, reports, and MIS.

Mumbai, India.
Duration
The Larsen & Toubro internship will be for a period of 6 months.
