Roles & Responsibilities
1. Schedule and coordinate cab dispatch activities for the fleet
2. Communicate with driver-partners to ensure timely pickup and drop off of riders
3. Resolve any driver partner complaints or issues related to the trip assigned
4. Create an instant booking for the customers visiting the kiosk & solve their queries

The BluSmart internship will be for a period of 3 months.
